Puerto Peñasco 2011

This past week was Frontera de Cristo's retreat to the beach in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. We stayed in beach houses, had time for prayer, cooked community meals, and of course, enjoyed the ocean. I added a little exploration and surfing (ish) into that combination, and had a fantastic time. It was the perfect getaway.

Since the house I stayed in also had a 4-wheeler, I re-taught myself how to drive, and enjoyed daily zooms through Choya Bay (the part of the city we stayed in). Here's a taste of the week:

My view every morning :)

Dios es maravilloso. Quién puede decir que no existe cuando hay evidencia de sus obras al rededor del mundo. Me alegro que tuviera esta opotunidad. Ojaláa pudiera estar allí también.

  2. ANNE--we just saw and heard your Very Nice Guitar Playing--Sanctuary is especially nice. We had never heard you sing alone...most of your singing has been done @the church with the Praise Band.

We had a nice beer-can-chicken dinner with the Boone folks last Saturday. The table seemed a little empty without you, but that'll change when you return when your time there is up....love, G'ma and G'pa...or is it Nana and Papa...? Anyway, the Ames Connection...
